A great bottle of wine is a thing to treasure. It is, however, a treasure that one day must be drank to ultimately appreciated. The only sense in keeping a bottle of wine for years or decades without drinking it is that you have multiple bottles of the same label and vintage. That way you can pass off the experience of a great bottle like that to another generation who’ll come to appreciate it, or sell it at a tidy profit to those who likewise will appreciate it. A great wine isn’t necessarily indicated by its price, nor its label, or vintage, but an artistic combination of elements that come together to make it a great wine. When you’ve found one that you like and wish to give to another connoisseur, it would be most fitting to present it in such a way that shows that the wine is not only special but that the recipient is equally so. A Wine Cabinet Gift Set is a grand way to show off your preferred pinot noir or chardonnay that captivates the senses to the fact that it not only has its own case, but comes complete a small collection of wine accessories to open it, including a cork borer just in case the cork doesn’t come out just right. This is a perfect way to display a fine bottle of wine amidst a collection, in a cellar, or as a gift to those who appreciate wine as much as you do. And when you do pop that open to sample in a tasting, a selection of fine picnic baskets can help you relish the experience with fellow connoisseurs in the style that such an event deserves.

Would it have been on top of a moving glacier that the athlete would celebrate his unanimous victory with no other than his loved one? Or would it have been exciting to celebrate that victory at the end of a crowded football field? Or would it have been breathlessly celebrated at the summit of brooding Mount Everest? Of course, they shared a delicate glass of bubbly champagne carried by a one of a kind wine carrier.
Turning those unique celebrations into reality is to think of a way of transporting those rare and expensive two bottles of wine all the way. It makes one think of the sunset deluxe wine carrier. This wine tote is an elegant, well-crafted and inexpensive means of lugging expensive cargo (the wine, of course) through any kind of weather anywhere in the world. Aside from wine glasses, the upscale and chic sunset deluxe wine carrier has a waiter’s corkscrew included for convenience so there would be no need to be groping for one when it is time to pop the bottle. Also, it includes a wine stopper and a thermometer to boot, just as it would be needed wherever.
And supposing, someone would want to make a good impression with his boss somewhere in the golf course or even while fishing on the lake, the sunset deluxe wine carrier will surely win points from the boss and do the job … Now it would be up to him just what wine to add to complete this unique picnic basket.

I don’t know much about my Aunt Sue. In fact there is only one thing I remember about her from my childhood and that is how she always had a glass of wine in her hand. It didn’t seem to matter what time of day it was she was always glugging down a glass or two. So when my Mom informed me that we were invited to her birthday party I wasn’t exactly thrilled about going. What was I going to buy her? I didn’t think a picnic basket would be appropriate. What would I have to talk to her about? I told my husband about my feelings towards my aunt and he suggested that maybe a tongue-in-cheek present might be a good idea. I looked online for wine accessories and found the perfect one. The celebration wine set had a corkscrew, wine stopper and most importantly it was cheap!
The day came when it was my aunt’s party and we begrudgingly started making the long journey to see her. All the way down I was recalling the memories I had of her and how she used to be a total battle axe. When we arrived she was exactly as I remembered. She even had the glass of wine in her hand. She said thank you for her present but I could tell she thought it was a dig. As I worked the room I found out that my aunt had been sober for 15 years! It was the death of her husband that turned her back to drink. Now I felt really bad about the gift….. OK not THAT bad.

Being one of seven children the increasingly difficult question of what to get our parents for Christmas begins looming over my head around July. I don’t even want to begin about what happens near their birthdays and anniversaries! Everyone is vying to get them something great because they never ask for anything. In fact they repeatedly say they don’t want anything and I actually believe them. But of course, we insist on trying to outdo each other regardless. It’s become a healthy game among us siblings and we even go to such extents to keep our gifts a secret from each other.
Whatever the opposite of materialistic is describes my father perfectly. Every year we continue to give him sweaters and books. The day I was looking for picnic baskets I saw this deluxe wine opener I knew it was going to be perfect. He loves a glass of wine on a Friday night or for family occasions. With the years, his joints and fingers have become a little arthritic and it seems as if this opener was custom made for him. It is the most simple but effective wine accessory anyone could have in their house and if they happen to find themselves struggling with dexterity then it is an absolute must. Not only is it simple to use, it is strong and durable so you know you won’t have to buy another one for a long time.
The only problem with it is that this was such an excellent gift for my Dad that I haven’t been able to top it since!
