Picnics are nice events, you can kick your shoes, relax and forget about everything that has been bothering you in recent days. Picnics also provide you the chance to have some silence in a very loud, very busy world. If you think about it, there are very few times when you can have silence. If you are in the office, there will always be the officemates chatting and the computers running. If you are staying at home the television is most probably always on. There will always be the sound of traffic, of horns honking and stereos blaring.  But when you have a picnic, you can only hear the whistle of the wind, or the laughter of families and kids around you and these are very much welcome. The best thing to do, then, is to bring picnic blankets with you anywhere you go so that you can have picnics whenever the opportunity presents itself. If you are in a park and suddenly want to lie down in the soft green grass, picnic blankets are your solution.
